Applicants for Nominal Support from the Royal Thai Consulate-General, Fukuoka, must submit following documents for the Consulate’s consideration.
● An email or letter requesting for permission and informing about purpose of application
● Project/Event details with supporting materials (e.g., proposal, poster and etc.)
● Application Form for Nominal Support (English)

| Required Information 1. Purpose of project/event 2. Relations to Thailand 3. Company/Organization’s Profile 4. List of co-organizers, nominal supporters, and cooperating entities (including pending requests) 5. Reports of similar past project/event, if any (e.g., project/event summary, photos and etc.) 6. Detailed of past project/event, which has been granted Nominal Support by the Consulate, if any |

*Submission of report after completion of project/event is mandatory. The company/organization which fails to comply to this request is subject to poor evaluation for its next nominal support’s application.
