On 12 October 2019, Mr. Attakarn Wongchanamas, Consul-General of Thailand to Fukuoka, presided over the Memorial Service held at Hana Hall, Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel in Fukuoka to pay tribute to His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand. On this memorable occasion, approximately 50 people, including officials from the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Fukuoka and Team Thailand, along with the Thai community residing in Kyushu and Chukoku regions were present.
