The Asia-Pacific Active Aging Conference 2025 (ACAP2025) will be held over three days from Monday, March 17 to Wednesday, March 19 at the Fukuoka International Congress Center. ACAP was established in Fukuoka City in 2005 and has been held annually in various countries across Asia. This year marks its 20th anniversary.

The milestone 20th anniversary conference will be held under the theme "Towards Global Active Aging: Lesson Learn from Fukuoka". Experts in gerontology and geriatrics, researchers and scholars, policymakers, healthcare and welfare professionals, and business consultants from over 40 countries in Asia-Pacific, including Thailand, will gather to share case studies and engage in discussions on how to build a society where the elderly population can continue contributing to their families, communities, and society as a whole. Since the 10th anniversary ACAP conference in 2016, Fukuoka City has been pursuing "Fukuoka 100," an initiative featuring 100 projects aimed at preparing for the era of 100-year lifespans.
