Announcement of Royal Thai Consulate-General, Fukuoka
Subject: Revised Consular Service Hours During the State of Emergency

In accordance to the announcement of the State of Emergency in Fukuoka during 20 August – 12 September 2021, the Royal Thai Consulate-General, Fukuoka, hereby announces the revision of its Consular Services as follows.

1. Services Hours
1.1 It is suggested that applicants should avoid making an appointment for non-urgent consular services during the State of Emergency.

1.2 Royal Thai Consulate-General, Fukuoka, provides all consular services for urgent cases with advance appointment, during Monday - Friday (except Public Holidays) 10.00 – 12.00 hrs. and 13.30 - 14.30 hrs. Telephone inquiries is available during 15.00 - 16.30 hrs.

1.3 Applicants are advised to prepare related documents prior to their appointments.

1.4 In case of emergency, please contact Consular 24-Hour Hotline 090-2585-3027 or 090-9572-1515.

2. Prevention Measures against COVID-19 at the Consular Section
(1) All visitors must make appointment in advance and non-related parties are not allowed to enter the Consular Section.
(2) Please clean your hands by soap or provided alcohol-based hand rub.
(3) Please wear face mask at all time during using our services.
(4) In case you have symptoms such as cough or fever, please avoid making
the appointment.
(5) Body temperature of all applicants and visitors will be checked. For those who have body temperature higher than 37.5°C, will not be permitted for all services without prejudice.

The above-mentioned revision and measures are effective from 20 August 2021 until
further notice.
